Meet Me

I’m Scott Lee, a Personal Trainer based in the Point Cook and Werribee area, helping adults over 35 move better, feel stronger, and reduce everyday aches and pains — without feeling intimidated by the gym.

Before fitness, I spent years working physically demanding retail jobs at places like Coles, Spotlight, and Big W. Long shifts, repetitive lifting, and poor recovery eventually caught up with me — and a back injury from a very ordinary task became a turning point.

That experience led me to complete my Certificate III & IV in Fitness (2019) and completely changed how I view training. Most people don’t need extreme workouts or complicated programs. They need strength and mobility that support everyday life — sitting, standing, lifting, walking, and sleeping without pain.

I grew up in Bunbury, WA, ran cross-country, and later found boxing, which I also coached. Today, my approach blends strength, mobility, posture, and confidence — especially for people who are worried about making pain worse.
